Body and Soul Surrey Ltd was founded in order to provide treatments for both physical and mental well being. We offer both individual and group therapies. These have a research evidence base, which demonstrate their effectiveness. There is a full range of psychological therapies, fitness training and complementary therapies available, as well as practical support.

Clients may receive one, several or most of the range of services available, according to their needs and choice.

We also sponsor the charity Work Stress Solutions which provides support and training to people who have been unable to work due to ill health www.workstresssolutions.co.uk

Our services are confidential and information shared only with the treatment team and on a need - to - know basis with the client's General Practitioner or other health professionals, should this become necessary.

We are situated in Ewell, Surrey which is convenient for the A3 and M25 and has good public transport provision and car parking facilities.

Should this venue not be accessible, we offer home treatments or our website provides access to local therapists.
